This pastoral view is from the New Jersey Transit Madison Station. It may also be a historical document; I haven't been back to see this view in some years, so I can't say if this particular scene still exists.

A brief intro to North New Joisey

There's more to Jersey than the mob, housewives, and the Shore. And having stated that, I did like going down the shore to Sandy Hook (which has its own page, linked at left). Note that these are photos from North Jersey, which is, in fact, different from South Jersey.
