Shot from the Jersey City Waterfront, near that city's own 9/11 Memorial.

I don't know Greg Murray, he was just one of the many, many people at the site for the Memorial that day.  Across the street from the fire station that houses Engine and Ladder Co.'s 10 was a large banner - I dunno, maybe 20 feet by 8 feet - that was created for the day.  The words "NEVER FORGET" were visible with the U.S. flag "ghosting" through the letters.  Superimposed were the names of the 3000+ victims of the attacks.  As can be seen here, lots of those names were circled by the family members and friends of those who died.  Mr. Murray was one of them - looking for the names of friends from Massachusets who worked at WTC.
